Prices going up?

Some co-workers and myself were talking the other day about how they had raised minimum wage recently, and how they had went to a restaurant that had tags over all of the prices because they raised them since the wage had went up. We do consider ourselves lucky because we make more then minimum wage. But we feel bad for people who have to make it on the minimum wage because they way we figured it, it wasn't even like they were actually getting a raise because they are going to have to pay more for everything with the way companies are raising the prices because of the wage going up. I just don't know what to think about it I am sure it is all some econmical formula that someone has all figured out. It would just be nice if there were ways for them raise it where prices wouldn't actually have to go up so it would actually feel like a raise.

Just my odd two cents on it.
