Rain, Rain Go Away

We live kind of off of a dirt road and the fastest way to get home is going down this dirt road instead of the much longer paved way. Well it seems that here lately that it never stops raining and this totally out of character for this time of year it is normally really hot, make that really really hot. Well anyway the rain makes it too hard to go the quick home and we have to go the paved way to be safe, and to top if off we really haven't been able to mow in a few weeks because it hasn't gotten dry long enough so the grass out back is taller than my 6 year old son. But lol, I do not complain about that I dislike yard work however that said I do like my yard to look decent at least. Anyways this rant is just about getting rid of the rain so my yard can look okay again and I can get home quicker.
