Last night to get the boys to go to sleep because well they were not wanting to sleep I laid down with them in my bed.  Well they fell right to sleep and so did I even though I had no intention of it.  I had intended on just laying there until they fell asleep and get up to work at 11 to work until 4 this morning.  Well I passed right out and didn’t wake up until I noticed my husband moving the kids to their room when he came home from and was getting ready for bed that was about 2:30 when he was moving and I could not even wake up at all.  I had been exhausted from working so much and I guess it had taken its toll.  Well I will have to say that I enjoyed the night of sleep and felt good this morning when I woke up and rejuvenated.  I am going to have to try going to bed early and sleeping all night more often it will do me a world of good.

My organism works as a clock. To woke up in a good mood, I make me go to bed earlier even at week ends in order not to break my clock
