			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Then why do I still feel fat at a size 10? I did do a search and came up with that information from several different sources.  I honestly didn&#8217;t think a size 14 was the size of the average American woman. I was sure it was closer to my own size.</p>
<p>However reading that does not take me away from my goals to lose weight and get into better shape. I ultimately think my goal is to lose around 30-40 lbs.</p>
<p>I so far have been working on that by doing both walking and along with Wii Fit and EA Sports active both. And as part of my encouragement I thought it would be nice to have things to work for in my progress.</p>
<p>So I have purchased a goal bra and goal pair of shorts to work too.</p>
<p>I got a pair of size 8 shorts and though they are only 2 sizes smaller than I wear now I think it is an admirable stepping stone on my way to getting into shape. The bra I got is a size 34-B the size I wore a few years ago before I gained weight. I am currently in a 36-C and considering that I seem to lose weight on top faster than anywhere else I will probably be in it before I am in the shorts.</p>
<p>I think I picked out a nice pretty bra and I love the shorts:</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I have done really good about working out except the last two days. And I promise there is a perfectly good explanation for not. Because seriously who ever feels like working out when it is that time of the month? Ok now that is my bit of too much information.</p>
<p>I have not gotten around to taking those measurements due to being bloated up like I am pregnant. Which at this point in the game would be might near impossible. I will get to that as soon as my measurements won&#8217;t be too skewed.</p>
<p>But I am working really hard at everything and I do have my weight all recorded with the <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002BSA3EM?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=mymusiandstuf-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=B002BSA3EM">Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board</a><img style="border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;" src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=mymusiandstuf-20&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=B002BSA3EM" border="0" alt="" width="1" height="1" />. So I will keep at it and get those measurements very very soon. And I am still loving my Skechers Shape-Ups.</p>
<p>Other than that I have been storing more water than a camel and my ass and legs  feel awesomely sore.</p>

<p>I am going to step up a little more hardcore but to start with I started doing the Wii Fit Plus Free Step Aerobics. I did them in 30 minute increments while just watching my regular TV shows.</p>
<p>I so love how you can do that and the Wiimote tells you how long you have to go and how many steps.</p>
<p>And to add a little bonus that I really think is helping I totally wore my <a href="http://reviews.sharonblog.com/skechers-shape-ups-review/">Skechers Shape Ups</a> while working out. I love these shoes and I can feel the workout they give me in my legs and calves.</p>
<p>I plan on taking measurements and publishing my goals. All I am asking for is some positive workout vibes being sent to me!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been in a funk lately where I have thought quite a bit about working out and breaking out my Wii Fit and EA Sports active and getting back to it. But just haven&#8217;t done it yet.</p>
<p>Well it is just funny how the inspiration to workout comes from the most unlikely of sources. Well I mine have come from this:</p>

And I have to say that while I have toyed with the idea for quite a while of getting one I just didn&#8217;t do it. But now that I have, I love that thing! It fits on great and you can feel the grip on your feet and gives way better direction on where to place your feet. Has to be one of the best things I have gotten for myself in a long time.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">And I feel great after working out today so hopefully I can keep up that steam to loose this weight that I am wanting to loose.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have had both the Wii Fit and the EA Sports Active since both of their release dates.  But I have been so lazy about it.  I am really wanting to loose my weight and trim up.  It has been something bothering me for a long time, yet I continue to make excuses and put it off or stop something because something comes up and I lose track of it.  So I am putting my weight out there and it is my mission not to let anything else come between me and my goal.  So here is a picture of my TV screen after my body test yesterday.</p>

<p>Okay if it looks too small it says 166.0 lbs, and honestly that may not be the most weight, but its mine and  I want to go down.  My goal is to get down to atleast 130,  I am only 5&#8217;5&#8243; so I believe that that can be manageable.  So since I am throwing my weight out there,  I think I will feel more obligated to keep up and show my progress.  So wish me luck that I can do this, and look for my body test picture updates!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was one of the crazy people who actually went out and bought the Wii Fit the morning it came out, I had been dying for one since I had read about it.  Well I have bee kind of lazy about using it actually when I logged on this morning I hadn&#8217;t used in 26 days, yikes I know.  Well I am determined to lose this weight that I have gained since going back to working in call centers and at home 2 years ago. </p>
<p>And hopefully this little baby will help me do it :<br />

<p>I got this at Best Buy this weekend the other thing I plan on getting as soon as I find another one is the Yoga Mat, I know, I know I could just buy a regular one but I want the Wii Fit one, I think it would be umm inspiring to have that one, I am silly I know this.  But anyway about the Journal I think that it could help me to hold myself accountable to actually filling it out and filling the book up, so we shall see how that goes.  I have put in a some new goals today and really want to achieve those.</p>
<p>So far today I have drank 3: 8 oz. glasses of water</p>
<p>done 15 min of aerobics, 3 mins of running (its been a while so I am building back up) and 20 of the jack knives.  Tommorow will be more aerobics and running and adding some yoga into it all.</p>
