She recently had surgery and when given the opportunity to prepare a Milk-Bone® Dog Treats Doggie Gift Basket I jumped on it because it would be the perfect treat for her for both Christmas and her recovery and our other dog would love it too.At our local Walmart we shopped for toys, Milk-Bone dog treats, Pup-Peroni treats, and for Milo’s Kitchen treats! It was so much fun especially since it was a 6:00 a.m. Christmas Eve trip before all of the crowds came in.

The dog treats and dog toys were both very easy to find in store the whole aisle we visited was nearly devoted to both with dog care items also being featured on the aisle. Please check out my Google+ album for my full shopping experience.

Purchasing all of the items for the dog treat basket/care kit was a fun experience we were able to pick up treats that I know my dogs will love and toys as well as bitter spray aid that is essential for any pet owner! Believe me it has saved many items around our house when our dogs were smaller.

I bet my dogs are going to love all of the different toys and treats they are getting so stay tuned for the final product!

Memorial Day started after the Civil War to honor Union Soldiers, after World War 1 it then was used for honoring all American’s who died in Wars. Today however Memorial Day is used more for the remembrance of relatives whether they served in the Military or not.

Memorial Day also marks the start of the summer vacation and many use the time for family get-togethers, shopping, fireworks, picnics, and more.

Now I am trying to figure out what we are going to be doing for our Memorial Day this year, I am betting we end up with bbq and swimming.

I did go to hell Walmart this afternoon and even ran/walked 2 miles this morning. I am so getting back into working out. Gotta lose some extra weight. So I am going to work on that by walking/running and getting back into my Wii Fit and EA Sports Active.

I also want to vlog hardcore but when I start I totally freeze about what I was going to talk about.

How do I get past that?

I hope everyone’s Saturday were more adventurous and less boring than mine.

But there are just times when I would rather live in a daydream of my own creation than my own life. I feel as if the world I can make up for myself is better than some of the things that I put up with.

And no I am not talking about my boys, they are always at the front of my mind.

I just think  about what it would be like to live and do more exciting things to get out of the mundane things that seem to be my life. Putting up with things that stress me and wish I didn’t have to put up with.

I am fairly certain that I daydream more than the average person, hell I even daydream while I am shopping in the grocery store.

I just hope that maybe out there I am not the only person that does this, just maybe there are other people who do as well.

Do you frequently daydream as well or am I alone?

And while I rarely talk about such things but I feel like I should, I just need to get it off of my chest. Maybe it will help me put things into perspective and find a way to work it all out in my head.

This all started at the end of July when I was let go from my job. It had to have been the dumbest thing ever, for someone to lose a job. But that would be another blog post and probably my longest rant to date. Because I actually did not do anything wrong, I was just honest.

But since then I have had zero luck with finding a job, and have not heard back from unemployment and everything just feels as if it is falling apart faster than I can fix it. It feels as if a hole so deep has been dug that there is no foreseeable way out of it.

And while I know I could be doing great things right here on my site, I just can not get anything done. All I feel like doing is curling up in a ball and screaming and crying. It sucks to be hopeless and depressed.

Right now I feel more lost than I ever have in my entire life and I am 30. I just hope that things work themselves out for the best and I find the hope that I need so desperately to go on and to work through this.

Please keep me in your thoughts that I see a light soon and I get it worked out somehow.

And I hate it so much! I don’t want to be that person anymore, who whines, complains and and is the biggest downer ever!

But I just can’t get it out of my head, especially all of the feelings.

But part of my has to be hopeful and work it all out, it is what I have to do.  And while I wish I could into extreme detail about my frustration, I just can’t right now, but just mentioning how I feel and getting it out there should help it tremendously.

But until they are gone I am just going to hand onto my shred of up and try to have that positive outlook that is just not showing right now!

I have been obsessed with the song ‘Teenage Dream’ by Katy Perry for a while now. It kind of reminds me of when life was simpler and I miss that. But if you have not heard it here is the video you can check out.

I am also thinking about starting a more focused mom blog and keeping this as a just about me and stuff I think is cool or like. I already have new domain, just don’t know how well it will go over.

I just can’t think of much random right now, I have not had much fun lately other than spend Saturday night by myself singing to Rock Band and Guitar Hero World Tour, I did contemplate on whether or not it was pathetic and decided that it would be pathetic if I had started drinking by myself. But it probably would have been fun.
