Fitness Update #2 {A Little Too Much Information}

So I have done really good about working out except the last two days. And I promise there is a perfectly good explanation for not. Because seriously who ever feels like working out when it is that time of the month? Ok now that is my bit of too much information.

I have not gotten around to taking those measurements due to being bloated up like I am pregnant. Which at this point in the game would be might near impossible. I will get to that as soon as my measurements won’t be too skewed.

But I am working really hard at everything and I do have my weight all recorded with the Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board. So I will keep at it and get those measurements very very soon. And I am still loving my Skechers Shape-Ups.

Other than that I have been storing more water than a camel and my ass and legs  feel awesomely sore.

  3. I agree!! I hate working out at that time. my friends love spin (I really don’t) but I refuse to go at that time!
