I Hate Insomnia

It has been so frustrating lately that I can either stay up all night until I am dead tired or I have to resort to taking Tylenol PM to sleep. I wish I knew what to do, I am sure deep on the inside it is probably cause by stress and everything that I keep bottled up inside.

And it probably would not be so bad if I had the drive to get anything done. I guess the only good would be that has come out of it would be getting some movie watching done.

But to me it is getting beyond frustrating because there are so many things that I want to do but I just can’t bring myself to do them. Like site changes I want to make or get started are just a few of the examples.

If I want to be all psychological about it, it is probably rooted deep down in the fact that I have not had a regular job in a few weeks now and am not sure what the hell I am going to do.

But until then I would at least like to sleep and get things done around here.

Anyone have any sleep advice or stress relief advice?

But please don’t say tea, I just can’t go there. Sorry!
