I think the fact that online course are offered is extremely great because they can typically be done at ones own pace that way everything can be learned and I feel as if that increases knowledge absorption. That is why I personally take many of my college classes online because I normally have due dates but have plenty of time in between to get all of my work done. Making learning even better for me and I can see where this would care over into management training or learning courses.
