Recently I made the Chicken and Mashed Potatoes Muffin Tin Recipe and posted about it here on the blog. Well that recipe was inspired by all of the different Muffin Tin Meals from Pillsbury. Well I decided to make their Chili Mac Pasta Pies Recipe.
Okay I will start out by saying that Chili Mac made at home mixed with your own favorite kinds of Macaroni and Cheese and Chili is far better than the canned stuff I am sure a lot of us are guilty of feeding our children. And like my Muffin Tin Chicken and Mashed Potatoes this recipe is also all kinds of easy.
Seriously, you make your Macaroni and Cheese and the mix it with your favorite canned chili. After that you flatten your biscuits (the large canned ones) and then place them in your muffin tins (sprayed with cooking spray) Of course at that point you spoon in your Chili Mac Mixture top with shredded cheddar cheese and then bake!
It is so easy!
This is a meal that the kids loved! And I have made multiple times since receiving the email mentioning it.
