Remembering the days of car seats

It has been a while since either of the boys have been i a car seat other than a booster seat and I am now amazed at all the features of newer car seats such as the Britax Marathon 70 G3 car seat.

Some of the great features of the Britax Marathon 70 G3 are a E-Z buckle system and integrated steel bars which to me make Britax car seats worth it because of the protection it gives your children. Also included are removable covers that can be easily cleaned because we all know that toddlers love to snack in the car.

Of all the features I think my favorite about the Britax G3 car seats is the safety features such as the integrated steel bars for crash protection. Which amazes me that they can have them in something as small as car seat. Britax also has the EZ belt buckle feature that keeps buckle in forward position to keep the buckle where it should be and save frustration and most importantly make sure that the child is buckled in properly. Because truthfully when my boys were young I don’t know how many times I twisted a car seat buckle around to get it into the correct position. The Britax G3 EZ belt buckle feature would have kept my children safer and save me a lot of frustration through those early years.

And also the Britax G3 is convertible so buyers will definitely get their moneys worth. Because it can be used from birth to 70 pounds rear facing from 5 to 40 pounds and forward facing from one year and 20 pounds up to 70 pounds. Which really by those standards my 9-year-old son could have used it up until last year giving us many years of use.

These are such a great car seats. If I had another baby, I would definitely be shopping for a Britax G3.
