Slim-Fast Shake Review and a Sephora #giveaway!

I think I may have mentioned it a few or maybe ten times that I am wanting to lose weight. I have recently tried something that I have never tried before, and I kind of shocked myself that I actually did. Mostly because I have weird food habits.

I actually tried Slim-Fastshakes! I had chosen the French Vanilla flavor and was pleasantly surprised by the awesome taste.  Slim-Fast recently came out with their all-new delicious shakes that comes in the flavors:

  • Creamy Milk Chocolate
  • French Vanilla

  • Strawberries N’ Cream
Since I tried the French Vanilla, I have also tried the Creamy Milk Chocolate and can’t wait to try other flavors as well.

Truthfully I am terrible at following diets or eating advice and the Slim-Fast 3·2·1 Plan has been actually easy to follow and I mostly credit this to the shakes that actually help curb hunger. And I can say this because I am one of those people who is always hungry! I have not weighed myself to check for results yet but I will be and I will update on my blog.
