Weight Problems

I am not a person who normally focuses on my weight but there has to be a time when I have to. I am not fat by any means nor am I skinny, but I can just tell lately that I have put on some weight and that it is time to do something about it. I just don’t know where I am going to find the will-power to do it. I know I need to, its just that dieting has never been easy for me, it is really hard for me to stick to. A friend of mine told me about a diet that I believe that I can do and stick to. So since I have my blog here I am also going to use it for daily updates to help hold myself accountable. I have decided that my start date will be Monday August 27th and as I see how the diet is going I will go ahead and post the details of it and a link to the website. My friend says that it has worked really well for her in the past so lets see how it works for me!

  1. Sharon, we started drinking Lipton Green Tea and it’s really helped us. It’s curbed out appetites and gives us a boost of energy. We get the diet ones and I love the raspberry flavored tea. Good luck!!

  2. Thank you for the advice, I have never really been thrilled with tea but if they have flavors that take away from the taste that is definately something I should try.
